Construction

The composite blades of the Whirl Wind Series aviation propeller have been designed using proven aerospace engineering methods, and are constructed using graphite composite to create the lightest and strongest propeller possible. The hydraulically controlled hubs are constructed of aluminum alloy and are available in two or three blade configurations.
Each propeller blade is equipped with a long compound curve nickel or stainless steel leading edge to maximize the protection of the blade. The blades are painted with a high-gloss urethane finish in the standard Whirl Wind colors of gray or white. Custom colors are also available.
Every Whirl Wind propeller system is shipped completely assembled with all hardware required for installation.
Where to Buy
